Use the form below to check the status of your orders.
At any time you can login to view all orders you have placed with us in the past. Once you login, click on the order ID # to view the status, print a receipt or view tracking number once you are notified the order has been shipped.
What does the order status mean?
PENDING:
The order has been collected by our shopping cart. Once our sales rep enters the order into our systems the status will change to processing.
PROCESSING
:
This means the funds have been collected and the order will go to the next step.
Next step after your order is processed:
-- NO custom belt(s) ordered:
The next notification you will get is when the order is shipped - which is typically 5-7 business days.
-- I ordered a custom belt(s):
The next step is to make the belt(s) and its status will be,
"Order in Production"
ORDER IN PRODUCTION
For those who ordered a custom weight belt(s) - these products are made to order per the specifications you entered while placing the order. (embroidery, initials, logo etc..)
Time for this process is approximately 8-12 weeks.
The next notification you will receive is when the order is shipped.
I ordered other items with my custom weight belt.
If you ordered a pair of boots for example with a custom weight belt
we will ship the other product(s) while the belt is being made. Ship time for anything else besides a custom weight belt is within 5-7 business days.
SHIPPED:
The order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided.
CANCELLED:
The order has been cancelled by the customer.
DECLINED:
A order will be set to decline status when we get a declined notice when we try to run your credit card.
