CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Cardillo Weight Belts stands behind our products 100%. We will replace all items with manufacturer's defects without question. With regards to customized weight belts, it is IMPERATIVE you order the correct size, as all custom weight belts are NON-RETURNABLE. If you have any questions or concerns with regards to size or embroidery, please speak with a customer service representative BEFORE you place your order.

CUSTOM BELTS (non-returnable)
Custom belts are any belts with embroidery.

SHIPPING INFO: All shipments are made through UPS. Therefore, we cannot ship to any domestic post office boxes. We will need a physical address for all shipments.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COST:   A $15 shipping & handling fee is added to all orders shipped within the United States.  

ALASKA, HAWAII & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  A customer representative will contact you with additional charges above the $15 flat rate before the order is processed. 

CANADA - All canadian orders cost $18

International Orders -  We will ship International orders, but we will need the complete shipping address in the order for us to quote a price on the shipping charge.

MILITARY ORDERS: All military orders will be shipped through the US Post office. There will be an additional charge of $5.00 for these orders.
Flat rate $15 + additional $5 = total $20 for APO/FPO

DELIVERY: Please note all custom belts take approximately 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. 

All orders are placed with the factory on Friday which is the start of the 8-12 week waiting period for custom belts. 

During the Christmas season, orders make take longer. We cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas on any orders placed after November 1st.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal check & money orders.  All funds must be U.S currency. 

SALES TAX:  All Massachusetts state residents must pay a 5% sales tax. 

RETURNS: All returns must be processed through our main office in Massachusetts. All returns must receive a prior return authorization. Please contact us at 1-800-382-8081 prior to returning any items. All items returned without authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. We cannot accept any returns on items that have been worn or used.

RESTOCKING FEE: There will be a 25% restocking fee charged on any items returned for incorrect sizing or color. Again, if you have any concerns with regards to sizing, please contact our customer service department before placing your order. 

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued on stock items returned within 7 days of receipt, which meet the criteria listed under Returns. Refunds will be issued to the credit card supplied in the amount of the product, less the shipping charges. If payment was made by money order or personal check, we will send a company check.
