A very important factor when purchasing a new weightbelt is knowing how to measure for the right size.


The waist measurement you provide should be the distance from the roller on the buckle to the center adjustment hole on tongue, as shown above.


#1 Choice:
Measure your existing weight belt
No matter what style you own measure from the end of the roller to the hole most worn. This will be the most accurate.

#2 Choice: If you do not have an existing weight belt.
Measure your waist between your ribs and hips (around the belly button). Use a tape measure to get your "relaxed" measurement. You CANNOT use your pant size to determine the size of your belt. 

Whichever method you choose, you must allow for whatever clothing you will be wearing during your workout (IE: Sweats, etc..)
